6Choose your luxurious interior finishes
The finishes of our Residences are unsurpassed and clients are offered a wide choice of premium materials that include marble, wood, stone and ceramic in a variety of colours. Interiors can be fully customised and we offer an interior design service through an internal to assist with their choices.
7Reservation Fee
Pay a reservation fee of €10,000–€20,000, depending on the project. Upon payment, the customer receives a Reservation Contract detailing the booked property's information. This contract is signed between Pafilia and the client, facilitated by our experienced agents for a seamless process.
8Downpayment
The next step involves signing the Deed Contract, officially registering you as the new property owner. A 40% down payment is required within 30 days of signing. The contract can be signed either in person or remotely via a Power of Attorney (POA), which can be sent to Cyprus for your convenience.
9Comprehensive Reports and Guidance
Next 50% payment balanced in flexible stages over 18-24 months during completion.
Payments can be made via crypto.
Cyprus-based team assists with payments and deliver detailed reports about the construction process..
10Delivery
Upon delivery, inspection, and final 5-10% payment.
1 year of guaranteed support provided. Perfect property state maintenance, high-quality services, and 15 personal usage days per year. After one year of operation 19% VAT refund is possible.
