Richmond Residences is a distinct component of Mira Coral Bay, with 293 homes including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes. The Richmond presentation states a planned handover in Q1 2029 and a payment plan of 50% during construction and 50% over three years after handover. These terms apply to Richmond, not every phase of the wider community.
