Our energy is harvested through a hybrid network of floating solar farms and kinetic wave energy converters, making the destination 100% energy independent. The architecture utilizes low-carbon "living" materials that naturally sequester carbon and provide passive cooling, eliminating the need for high-load air conditioning.

Our Marine Regeneration Lab is the heart of the resort, where guests participate in large-scale coral reef restoration. We operate a closed-loop water system, utilizing advanced desalination and atmospheric water generation to eliminate single-use plastics entirely.

Community integration is our hallmark; we partner with local island councils to provide vocational scholarships and support a "Local First" supply chain.
